And when you trudge to
claim your worth,
you ask yourself whether it is really true
What is the edge of tiredness?
Of fatigue?
You wonder what will become of you.
Reason is wavering
faith is fading:
the damage and the prank.

E quando arranchi per
fare valere il tuo merito,
ti domandi se sia davvero tale.
Qual è il limite
della stanchezza?
Della fatica?
Ti domandi che ne
sarà di te-
La ragione vacilla,
la fede sbiadisce:
il danno e la beffa.
