Pride is an ignored need

I took the picture in a little sea place. They call it Cetraro

The road is straight,

enlighten:

I had told you

it would have been easy to get here.

Tonight there is

a light breeze

disheveling

hair and thoughts.

A voice is calling forth

dulled words:

..in fear, I have been brave….

..pride is an ignored need…”.

Across the expanse raising

in front of the moon,

I think to this strange family

we call OURS.

We are monads

sometimes a dyad against a monad.

I had told you

it would have been easy to get here.
