Alright. You have (had) your first (umpteenth) panic attack.
And you feel you are dying.
You are not dying.
I repeat. You are not dying.

Take refuge. Take refuge. Instead. You have to feel protected.
Protected and reassured.
You can do this.
You have just to find the way to suspend time.
To stop it. To focus. To focus on surviving. On living. And recognizing yourself, again.

Go outdoors. If an invisible hand is closing up on your throat. Look up and immerse yourselves in the sky. Numb yourselves out with the sky. Do not fear. Let your gaze steering up there at that filamentous blue, at that milky white.

You are not a fool. I repeat you are not a fool.
You are trying to overcome a panic attack.

Cry. Let your tears fall down.
Are you by the street? Who cares!
Is it raining but you need it?
Use your sun glasses. Alone.

Take refuge. Take refuge in a beautiful place to make your mind and your heart meet again the beauty of life.

What is the name of your beautiful place?
A bookshop?
A Starbucks?
A Louboutin’s shop?
A museum?
A Caribbean beach?
How much are you far away? Too much?
View.
Or
Go.
Without any fear. Here you are! Well done! Really, really good!

Call someone (not 911, you do not need it). Listen to a beloved voice.
To whom you have to explain anything.
Are you feeling you are not loved?
Pray to your own God.
Hard. As hard as you can.
Do not fear. You are good. You are succeeding.
You are almost out of it.

Eat something good. Whatever you want. However you want.
Here you are!
The vise comes loose. You are returning to breath.
You did it!
Reward yourselves!
Feel the endorphins you caused yourselves to run into your veins, and a mother-earth power.

You are alive and strong.
You did it.
And to think that two minutes before you felt like you were going to die.
You have just lost the time, for a while.
Now you know who you are and how to cope.
Again.
Anchor yourselves…until next time.
