So, yes: she is the one, he is the one. Your heart is ready and you imagine to growing old together with this person.
But… how to propose?
Which is the best way to make a surprising wedding proposal without being peasant? (Because the secret is to give one incontrovertible message: both of you know each other so well that both of you know how to surprise each other).
- the place where you first met (maybe there is a bench, or a seat, or a piece of marble….you can set up that place with the symbols/souvernirs of your first meeting . (e.g. that pullover, that book, that way of smiling…);
- the place where you two kissed (you only need the same kind of kiss to make those emotions come back again…);
- at breakfast time (possibly, along the week, not the weekend)
- along a public ceremony (e.g. a reading, at theatre…in a disco)
- enlighting the facade/the park/the garden/the place where she/he lives with the answer (“I DO”).
The magic words, the answer you are waiting for is around the corner. You have just only to make your heart speaks. Hold your breath and count to ten…praying your ring will not roll into a Times Square manhole ….
